The thread running through this week is what actually comes back to you. Work you
handed off had quietly lost most of its abilities: it could read, but it could not
produce, so a job that should have returned a finished document returned a
description of one instead. That is repaired — background work now has the same
abilities as a live conversation.

The receipt under each reply was rewritten in your terms rather than ours: what you
were charged, how long it took, and the engine choice you made, with the itemization
one hover away. And you no longer have to wait for us to add an app you use — the
directory is open, and an app you already have a key for can be connected in a
couple of steps. Finding an old conversation got easier in the same week: search
became a panel you summon, and Settings its own sectioned space.

### Connect an app with your own key

You no longer have to wait for us to add an app you use. Open Apps, pick it from the directory, and paste in a key from that app — your details are encrypted and never shown to the assistant. Apps that need no sign-in at all can be added in one step, and an app that isn't open for sign-in yet says exactly that instead of failing quietly.

### Find an old conversation without scrolling for it

Search is now a panel you summon when you want it, rather than a box taking up room forever. The list beside your conversation groups by how recently you used it, so six chats about the same thing are no longer six identical rows.

Settings opens as its own sectioned space instead of one long scrolling page, and the line under the message box now reports what the current run is actually doing instead of repeating the same sentence every time.

### A receipt under every reply, in your terms

Each finished reply carries the amount charged, how long it took, and the engine choice you made — with the itemization one hover away. It used to lead with a figure that measured our machinery rather than your work. A reply that cost nothing shows no receipt rather than a decorative zero.
