What happens if my balance runs out in the middle of a task?
The task pauses and keeps its progress. Top up — or don’t — and it resumes exactly where it stopped. Else never kills your work.
Can I cap what a task is allowed to spend?
Yes. Give any task a spending limit. If it gets there, Else pauses and asks you — even on your lock screen.
What if a task fails?
You still get the full receipt of what happened, and our refund policy gives back part of the cost. Failure shouldn’t be a mystery bill.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There is nothing to cancel. Top up when you want, spend it whenever — this year or next.
Is there a free trial?
