Day-one deck for a small architecture practice, five slides exactly

Make me the 5-slide deck I show new hires on day one at a small architecture practice: who we are, how we work, the tools we use, what your first week looks like, and who to ask for what. Keep it human — nobody wants a corporate onboarding deck. .pptx please.

Five slides were asked for. The file has five slides.

Worth stating plainly, because the failure mode here isn't a bad deck, it's a generous one: a sixth slide on company values, a seventh on the history of the practice, and suddenly a new hire's first morning is a forty-minute sit-down instead of the five minutes their first day can spare. Each of the five headings maps to one of the five things the request listed, in order, ending on who to ask for what.

The instruction "keep it human — nobody wants a corporate onboarding deck" survived too. Compare it with the roastery investor deck in this gallery, which came out of the same kind of request and reads nothing like it. One is written to persuade two people with money; this one is written for someone who doesn't know where the kettle is yet.
